The practice strives very hard to ensure that everyone receives quality care and welcomes suggestions or comments from you on how we might improve the service we offer. The practice has a comprehensive, user-friendly and nationally approved complaints procedure. Any of the reception staff will provide information on request.
Should you feel that your needs are not being met, we welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you. The practice manager will be happy to deal with your complaint. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact the Community Health Council or the Health Services Authority, but we would ask that you discuss your complaint with the practice first.
